  • A description of the problem.
  • The version number of the software that is installed on your machine, for example MLAS v16.10.2.616
  • A sample printout
  • Screen captures saved in any format
  • Windows Version e.g. Windows 8.1 professional
  • Steps to reproduce the problem.
